This very attractive house is located within a nice big and green garden with a lot of olive trees directly at the sandy beach. There is a swimming pool, which can be used also by the guests of New Villa Europa and House Candia. A couple of sunbeds are free for use.

At the ground floor of this one storied building the reception and the lobby is found. All units are furnished comfortable and equipped with TV and air condition.
The studios are located at the first floor and are one combined living/sleeping room with two single beds. They have a kitchenette with cooking facilities, a dinning place, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony with sea view (some of the studios with side sea view, 2 studios with mountain view).
The apartments are found at the ground floor, have space for three to four persons and consist of the living-/sleeping room with one or two couch beds, a kitchenette and dinning place. They have a bathroom with shower and toilet and an additional bed room with two single beds and a terrace with sea view (partly covered by trees).
