This building is situated in a side lane parallel to the sandy beach. In front of it there is a nice and shady garden with a couple of tables and chairs.
At the lobby there is the small reception, a cosy couch with SAT-TV corner and two computer terminals with internet access. All units are nicely furnished, have air condition and wooden floors. They are equipped with SAT-TV, safe box and hair dryer. The kitchenettes contain refrigerator, dish washer, filter coffee machine and water heater.
The studios consist of a combined living-/sleeping room with one double or two single beds - on demand ther can be put up an extra bed. They have a kitchenette with cooking facilities, a bathroom with shower and toilet and balcony or terrace.
The apartments for four persons have the same equipment as the studios in their living-/ sleeping room (three of them have two couch beds instead of single beds) and an own bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have balconies. As well there are apartments, which give space up to six persons and have a second bedroom. The equipment is the same as in the other apartments.
This accommodation is prefered since years by his visitors and so it is no wonder, that every year a lot of regular clients are staying for their holidays at this place.
